Leave of Absence from work (and rain)

Leaving Corvallis

Leaving Corvallis

Mary’s Peak from Hwy-99 heading south with Corvallis in the rear-view mirror. “See y’all in a year.”

Goodbye Charlie

Goodbye Charlie

We were pretty sure that customs would give us trouble if we tried to bring Charlie to the USA, so we left him on this fence post of a vineyard in Baja Norte.

Here’s a map link of where we’re been so far.

I’ve organized the trip legs into “Pages” links to the left –>

P.S. I am adding things to the old postings.

  1. Hey guys, sounds like you are having fun, the seinery sounds beautiful too. I’m jealous. We will be in San Fran Nov. 9th & 10th leaving the 11th for Santa Rosa til the 14th. Then we will be heading to Boston for 5 days. Call or email if you are in the area and let us know if a visit would work. Keep having fun and love your blog.

  2. Awesome work Heather and Grady! :)

  3. Nice blog, Grady! Glad you put this up – we’ve been wondering how your adventure is going. Keep us posted when you can find that wifi!

    Heather and Grady,
Appears your blog-world stopped in December. So what’s new? We trust you are still well and learning to speak the local language. I assume you will be coming north this month and heading east. We just returned from a few days in Tucson for the sun and canyon hiking. Even took in a spring training baseball game. We will likely visit VA mid next month. Buenos noches. Gary

  8. Hey, got you email but am not sure how to see the pictures. I’ll keep trying. have a safe return back to the US and we’ll see ya when we see ya. Love. mom
